This ranking covered 11 world-renowned BaaS service providers Alibaba, Amazon, Baidu, Cisco, HPE, Huawei, IBM, Microsoft, Oracle, SAP, and Tencent. The assessment focused on the evaluation of innovative indicators of service providers, such as market penetration, proof of concept and pilot, and ecosystem support, it also takes into account platform diversity, major features, developer resources and solutions.

Tencent cloud started developing the blockchain in 2015, and officially launched the TBaaS open platform in November 2017. TBaaS provides financial-level blockchain services for enterprises, providing CA certificate services, state-secret algorithm support, user and transaction privacy protection and other security guarantees, so that any enterprise can easily build financial-level high-security, high-trust alliance blockchain services on TBaaS platform.
