Anhui Hyea Aromas’s IPO debut on Shenzhen Stock Exchange today
Sep 16, 2020 (China Knowledge) - Anhui Hyea Aromas (300886) to start trading on the Shenzhen ChiNext Market today, at a public offering price of RMB 18.59 per share, raising RMB 266.77 mln. Its initial listing shares account for 25% of total outstanding shares. The company’s initial price-to-earning ratio (PE) stands at 26.18.
Guoyuan Securities Company Limited acted as the lead underwriter and sponsor for the IPO.

Anhui Hyea Aromas Co Ltd is a China-based company principally engaged in the research and development, production and sales of lactone series synthetic spices. The Company's main products include propyl lactone series and butyl lactone series synthetic spices. The Company's products are applied in food and beverage, daily chemical, tobacco and feed industries. The Company distributes its products within domestic market and to overseas markets, including Singapore, the United States, the European Union, Switzerland, India and others.
In financial year 2019, Anhui Hyea Aromas garnered a total revenue of RMB 214.81 mln, down 17% YoY. In terms of net income, it achieved RMB 50 mln, down 33% YoY. Accordingly, return on equity (ROE) and return on asset (ROA) stood at 19.45% and 12.57% respectively, earning per share (EPS) of 1.06 RMB.
