They will offer advanced technological solutions for all types of urban spaces through cloud computing, Bog Data, artificial intelligence (AI), and the Internet of Things (IoT). The lab will focus on smart homes, intelligent architecture, and smart logistics, and provide opportunities for more industrial partners to participate in China’s construction and development through plans promotion and standards sharing.

At the first World Artificial Intelligence Conference held in September last year, Vanke and Microsoft signed a memorandum of strategic cooperation in Shanghai, announcing the joint construction of a sustainable collaboration mechanism and platform to explore the feasibility of cooperation in the fields of intelligent innovation and technology incubator.
